Respect & Consent
All guests and visitors must be 18 or older. Every physical or intimate interaction requires freely given, informed and ongoing consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time. No pressure, harassment, coercion or unwanted touching. Respect other people's boundaries and privacy.
Guests & Access
Only registered guests may enter as part of a booking. Additional visitors require prior approval from BLOCK1923. Personal access badges must not be shared. Marked private areas are off limits; the second-floor staircase and designated shared bathroom remain accessible.
Drinks, Drugs & Safety
Guests may not bring their own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks. Drinks are supplied by BLOCK1923. Drug dealing and distribution are prohibited. Illegal drug use is not permitted or facilitated. Injection equipment for non-medical drug consumption is prohibited; legitimate medical equipment is exempt. Never endanger yourself or others.
Privacy & Photography
Ask before photographing or filming others, and obtain explicit permission before sharing identifiable or intimate images. Exterior security cameras protect the property; no indoor CCTV is operated.
Care for the Property
Smoking and vaping are allowed outdoors only. No pets, subject to legally required assistance-animal exceptions. Treat the property and equipment carefully; report damage promptly. Regular final cleaning is included, but please leave the kitchen and shared spaces tidy.
Noise & Emergencies
Music and gatherings are welcome, including at night, within reasonable limits. Respect neighbors and residents, especially the private living areas. Follow posted fire and evacuation instructions in rooms and shared areas; keep exits clear. In an emergency call 112.
